Our thankas to everyone who joined us for our Summer Solstice rite! While there were torrents of rain the night before, Saturday brought us a sunny (but muddy) day to honor Bel and Danu with songs, flax seeds, and our traditional Sun Litany. And as Rodney usually puts it, the omen was good and nobody died!

For those interested in doing something ritualish before our two-day Lughnasadh festival in August, on Friday July 10th we'll be traveling to our permanent Manannan shrine in western Washtenaw County. Contact us at robh@shininglakes.org or 734-262-1052 for more info.
