Senior Druid - Rob Henderson
Yule Ritual went well with 18 people attending.

Administrator - Jude Howison
Not much going on, what with the weather and all. Dedicant Study group meeting will be back this month after taking December off. There may be a new person at the next meeting as well.

Scribe - Jude Howison
I'm getting business meeting minutes caught up. I've also got an article for Oak Leaves.

Pursewarden - Rod Cox
We took in a little more than we spent at the Yule Ritual. Reserves are still low. See report for details.

Chronicler - Gen Stoyak
Yule newsletter was delayed. It is expected to be out by Imbolc.

Public Relations - Chuck Howison
Not much to report at the moment. I'll start getting anouncements out for the next Ritual. It was suggested that we look into ads in the Michigan Daily.

Youth Activities Coordinator - (none)

Web Master - Rob Henderson
Rob is temporarily off line, should be back very soon.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox - Attendence was low this past month.

Healers - Rod Cox
On the national level, Karen is planning a workshop for Trillium. It is planned to involve several Guilds.
Rod has attuned several people in other countries to Rune Valdr.

Warriors - Rod Cox

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem) -- Nothing planned for the near future. Perhaps Dot will host a craft day.

Other Agenda Items

1. Convocation, do we need a special planning meeting?
What type of Ritual do we want to do? Do we want a room party this year?
There is no on line app. for Convocation workshop teacher. It must be printed and mailed. So far, they have not contacted us as to whether they want us to do a Ritual or not. I'll contact the Convocation folks to see what's up.
Rod suggested a Lugh Ritual, a bring out your inner skills sort of thing.

2. Brideog preparations?
Chuck will put out an anouncement to stir up interest in having a visit from the Biddies.

3. Sabbatical - Rob finds that he needs a little time for himself. He will be deligating some of the duties that he currently fulfills. Rod will lead Rituals and Jude will submit quartly reports.
