Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson
Yule came off thanks to the ICC. It seemed to go well, 12 people attended. Brigeog and An Bruane are coming up.

Asst. Senior Druid – Rod Cox
Yule Ritual was good, nobody died. There was a good omen. I’m looking forward to travelling to Columbus, OH for a Brigeog there.

Administrator - Jude Howison
I felt that my first attempt at leading ritual went adequately, at least the omen was good. Dedicant study group will resume in Jan. Mystickwicks web site is starting an auction (like Ebay) and may be a place for us to sell items for fundraising.

Scribe - Jude Howison
More minutes are ready.

Pursewarden - Rod Cox
Bank cards expired in Nov. but due to a mix up with the P.O. box, we did not receive the new cards. Therefore we have not had any deposits.

Chronicler - Gen Stoyak
The newsletter was delayed due to a lack of articles (HINT HINT!!)

Public Relations - Chuck Howison
Notices for Yule did not get any response, probably due to how late they went out. Dot will get info pertaining to on line forms for submitting to the Michigan Daily.

Youth Activities Coordinator - Matt Tannehill
No report.

Web Master - Rob Henderson
All of the minutes I have received have been added.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox - Nice turn out for Guild day. Calley was attuned to Run Valdr. The ADF Magician’s Guild study program is accepting students.

Healers - Rod Cox

Warriors - Rod Cox

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem) -- Two craft days are planned at Dot’s, 1/22/06 and 2/19/06

Other Agenda Items

1. Convocation – Ritual planning, Room Party?, other activities?

A brief description has been sent to MEC.

Plans are to sell flowers to be delivered to rooms. Planning to spruce up the masks to sell before the Masked Ball

Jude will contact MEC about selling from our room and whether we can/should put up a sign about same in the merchant’s area.

Rob will get a room.

Rod will contact Michael about timing.

2. Brideog preparations. Getting the word out for both places to visit and people to visit them.

We will need a lot of Brid crosses since we will also be going to Columbus OH. Announcements should go out soon. Dot has offered to drive both nights.
