SLG Business Meeting

December 7, 2004

Called to order: 7:55pm (hey, I had to work late)
In Attendance: Rob Henderson, Rodney Cox, Jude Howison, Gen Stoyak, Chuck Howison

Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson -- Not much going on. Quarterly reports are not in yet but will be sent very soon.

Administrator - Jude Howison -- Not much news here either. Fund raising--can we sell stuff through Gen's store or on Matt T.'s ebay store? Gen will talk to her partners.

Scribe - Jude Howison -- Not much(Do we see a patern here?) Yeah, Yeah, I'll get the minutes done.

Pursewarden - Rod Cox -- Reserves are being slowly drained. Need to bring in more money on a more regular basis.

Chronicler - Gen Stoyak -- No newsletter since last month. Looking for submissions (hint hint!)

Public Relations - Chuck Howison -- Yule Ritual has been posted on local pagan e-lists. (also the correction of the date has been posted)

Youth Activities Coordinator - (none)

Web Master - Rob Henderson -- We are still on the free server, should get back to other server soon. Not a lot of time to update lately due to helping with Gen's new store.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox

Healers - Rod Cox -- Magicians/Healers/Warriors -- Good day, nobody died.

Warriors - Rod Cox

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem) -- Discussion tabled till coffee hour.

Other Agenda Items

1. Set calender for comming year.

Calender was reviewed, a few changes were made due to meeting place availability or other functions that might conflict. See posted calender.

2. Community service project for this quarter?

Stone Fly search and Brigog are planned.

3. Convocation, do we need a special planning meeting? What type of Ritual do we want to do? Do we want a room party this year?

Discussion tabled till we find out about room availability and if Dot is willing to share merchant table space with the Grove in exchange for table sitting help.
