SLG Business Meeting

Officer Reports

Senior Druid - Rob Henderson
Convocation - I only attended for 1 day. My class turned into an intro to Druidry due to some confusion in the schedule book and questions posed by the participants. The Lugh Ritual went well. Quarterly reportS are not in yet but will be very soon.

Assistant Senior Druid - Rodney COx
Convocation and the Lugh Ritual were very good. I helped to magically charge the keepsakes that were handed out. I have been invited to a follow up meeting.

Administrator - Jude Howison
There is still interest in the Dedicants Program study group and we may even have some new folks attending. Other Grove events are as well attended as weather will allow.

Scribe - Jude Howison
More meeting minutes will be up soon.

Pursewarden - Rod Cox
We took in more than we spent last month (woo hoo!) See attached report.

Chronicler - Gen Stoyak
Rob reported for Gen. Newsletter went out, the next one is due at Equinox.

Public Relations - Chuck Howison
OOPS! Equinox announcement has not gone out yet. I'll get on that right away.

Youth Activities Coordinator - (none)

Web Master - Rob Henderson
Some updating has been done. The web site is coming along. Chuck will send Rob a link to the Mystic Wicks web hosting post.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox -Guild day was good. We practiced Run Valdr. No one died.

Healers - Rod Cox

Warriors - Rod Cox

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem)
No report.

Other Agenda Items

1. Do we want to try to host the Pagan Independence Day Picnic?
Unanimous no. It is too similar to and too close to Lugh Fest. It would also most likely cost us money rather than bring any in.

2. Fund raising ideas? Something at Beltain? Remind members of Ancestors plaque.
Possible parking duty at Balloon Fest in Howell.
Run a concession at dog show? May need further research.
