The meeting was called to order at 7:10 by Annette Gabriel.
Present: Don Clayton, Rodney Cox, Annette Gabriel, Jan Henderson, Rob

Absent: Basia Kawka
There was a quorum.
After a check in, the agenda was reviewed.
Liturgists was moved to July 31.
Rod will conduct the August and September business meetings. The August meeting was moved to Aug 17th. Rob will notify Guild House.
Coffee hour was moved to July 31. An Bruane was moved to the 24th.
ADF news: Wellspring was held last month. Due to a problem with the mailing of international ballots, the election results for members advocate will not be known for a while. Wellspring was selected for the ADF national meeting next year. Fox announced that he is resigning as ArchDruid effective in one year. Three new lay clergy were appointed: Ian, Skip and Antonynus. The alternative sexuality SIG is being revived. Ian is working on a 'priest track.' To date, 20 people have completed the Dedicant Program.
Rod took care of the mail. There are approximately 10 pre-registrants for Lugh Fest.
Annette distributed the letter for a call for nominations. Rob, Annette, Rod and Jan volunteered to work on the election committee. The call for nominations will be included in the July mailing. Nominations will be due by July 21. Bios will be due before Lugh Fest. Election will be held by Fall Equinox (Sept 23). Installation of officers will be at Samhain.
Minutes were approved as distributed.
It is time to review our informaton in the Ann Arbor City Guide.
Financial reports were submitted.
There will be workshops on June 24th. On July 15th we will go to see our land.
Barb was not able to be with us.
There will be seers on duty at Lugh Fest to resolve conflicts, mediate, and to just talk. Maria will do divinations by reading tea leaves. There will also be several workshops including grounding, shielding and coping with difficult people.
There will not be a July meeting. The next Guild meeting will be at Lugh Fest. We are still hoping to have a September barbecue. The Guild will try to recruit potential seers.
Lisa is working on an oath based on ethical guidelines. Seers will take the oath when they become full seers.
Rod needs to give a presentation at a meeting to get his journeyman status. The next meeting is July 22 from 10 AM to noon. Kirn and Maria have each reach journeywomyn status.
Rod reported that they have organized the Grove's ritual items. The next meeting is July 22nd from noon to 2 PM.
The last meeting included things, stuff and what not. The Mages have gotten some requests for ritual work.
The next meeting is on June 11th at Jan's. The Labyrinth will be set up.
The next meeting is also June 11th. The group has done 3 crafts so far: catnip mice, decorated boxes and tarot bags. Samples will be available at the next meeting.
Natalie will coordinate the feast at Summer Solistice.
Lisa offered. She was appointed unanimously.
Barb will post a call for articles. The next issue has been delayed.
This will be ready by the next meeting.

We began a review of the ByLaws and identified several instances where SLG ByLaws were in conflict with ADF. Discussion will be held on-line.
