The zoo trip was a lot of fun. No ritual since last meeting.

Summerlands was fun. Everyone was VERY FRIENDLY!!!

Not much going on. The zoo trip was nice, with a small but fun group.

Guild Leader Reports

Magicians - Rod Cox - There was no Guild day. There were no warrior games at Summerlands, but Rod did some healings.

Producers - Gen Stoyak (Pro-tem) -- We need to stir up activity on the e-list.

Other Agenda Items

1. Election progress. - Craig - Only the current officers were nominated. Rod will get a list of the current voting members and Rob will send Craig a sample ballot.

2. Winter ritual location. Are we set up for Yule? Rob will contact Arborroads to see about reservations.

3. ADF Cares: Report on chat meeting. - Jude - There were about a dozen people participating on the chat meeting. It is planned that ADF Cares should continue beyond the current huricane relief. The feeling is that ADF has reached a size where we should be able to offer this kind of service to our members if not to the community at large. Money and other relief items will be sent to an ADF member in the Houston area to aid in the current disaster.

4. Convocation - Our Grove ritual has been submitted. Rob will look into reserving a suite.
