Coffee Hour is a monthly meeting where people gather to socialize and talk about a particular topic.
Coffee Hour is held at the Café Espresso in the Borders at Arborland Mall (3527 Washtenaw, Ann Arbor) on the fourth Friday of every month, from 7 to 9 PM.
Shining Lakes Grove doesn't charge anything, but if you want anything to eat or drink, you will have to buy it from the café.
The usual cafe fare: coffee, tea, pastries, etc. You can consult their web site for more info.
We pick a topic in advance for each month. (Check Shining Lakes News or the schedule on our Web page for upcoming topics.) Past topics have included: Pagan Parenting; Love Deities; Taoism; Wine and Beer Making; Poetry; and the ever popular Pagan Views of Death and Dying, our annual topic for the October session of Coffee Hour.
If you have a topic you'd like to suggest, contact Genevieve Stoyak at gstoyak@hotmail.com.
Not at all! Anyone is welcome to attend. We often have folks from the local Pagan community attend, not to mention people who see our ad in the Ann Arbor Observer and want to meet us.
Nope, that's just the name we use. You can drink chai, herbal tea, motor oil, or nothing at all, if you like.
Send mail to Rob Henderson at robh@cyberspace.org, and he'll answer your question, and include both question and answer on future versions of this list. How's that for service?
