New Business

Motion: To change section V of the Guild bylaws from: The Guild's annual meeting will be held in August. to: The Guild's annual meeting will be held in November. Amendment passes 3-0 (out of 4 active members - Toad McGuire not present)

Rodney is working on scheduling a joint retreat with the Warriors of Triskele River Grove.

Don Clayton will be the WOAD for Samhain.

After the business meeting ended, we watched The 13th Warrior.
